Bringing Back Service

1. Through the Lens of the Customer

We have an opportunity to make the individuals and our business community feel like valued customers in the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder's Office.

I will be actively LISTENING to you, the voters, to HEAR your experiences, ideas, and feedback on how we can bring service to the forefront of our Mesa County Clerk and Recorder's Office.

“A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so. ”

— Mahatma Gandhi

The tax payers of Mesa County will be electing leaders to manage their resources with efficiency and effectiveness that makes the most out of what we have. I know I can do that for Mesa County.

Efficiency is doing better what is already being done. Effectiveness is deciding what to do better.
